Refund policy

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Exceptions: Exceptions to our "All Sales Are Final" policy are made in the following cases:
    • Item Not as Described: If the item received is significantly different from the listing description (e.g., different color, size, or material).
    • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item that you did not order.
  • Reporting a Problem: If you believe your item qualifies for a return under one of the above exceptions, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us via email at contact@shopfosp.com with the following details:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photographs clearly showing the issue
  • Resolution Process: Once we receive your email and assess your claim, we will notify you of the next steps. If your return is approved:
    • We will provide you with a return label.
    • The item must be shipped back to us within 5 days of approval to qualify for a refund.
    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will initiate a full refund.
